Upload your documents

To order a sworn translation, upload your documents to our online quote tool. The tool will analyse each document automatically and show you the price and estimated delivery time instantly.

We recommend that you scan the documents rather than photograph them, as the law requires that a copy of the original document be included with the translation, and a photograph may not produce the desired result.

Choose your turnaround and options

You can choose between the standard turnaround, the extended turnaround (with a 10% discount) or the express service (with a 50% surcharge). You can also indicate whether you need a hard copy of the translation in addition to the digital copy.

Make the payment

To place your order, make the payment by credit or debit card directly through the tool. During the payment process you will be asked for your billing details and will need to accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Once the payment has been completed, you will automatically receive a receipt at the email address provided.

Access your order tracking page

After reviewing your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique, private link to your order tracking page. From this page you will be able to check the status of your translation at any time, download all the related files (original documents, translation, invoice and payment receipt) and leave us a comment directly if you have any questions.

Your tracking link is personal and non-transferable. We recommend that you save it so you can check the status of your order at any time.

Translation by a Sworn Translator

The translation will always be carried out by a Sworn Translator appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, which guarantees its official validity. You will be able to follow the progress of your order at any time from the tracking page.

Receive your translation

When the translation is ready, we will let you know by email. You will be able to download it directly from your order tracking page. The digital copy is electronically signed and is currently accepted by most authorities.

If you have ordered a hard copy, it will be sent by registered post and you will also be able to check the shipment tracking number from the same page.
